Tried cafeteria at my work place, it's a meal filled with carbohydrates (lot of white rice), dal was watery, 2 spoon of another curry. Verdict it's no improvement over any local vendor

This app has high nuisance value. Absolutely no value added by the app. It causes confusion for the employees. The wait time is only increased. It adds to the cost for the food provider. It has no view on whether an item is available or not. i have been forced it to use it in at least 3 offices, and all were a horrible experience. Not sure why offices are enforcing employees to use it.

Hunger box vendors in Accenture BDC10A provides pathetic food quality. Even after giving feedback to vendors they dnt even worry at all. Not at all worth the money. These guys spoiling employees health.

An unique app makes our daily meals quite easy. Now no need to jostle in the long queue for food. Even a single tea can order through the app.

Helpful while placing the order but the app needs lot of update and has to be in sync with the dispatchers at the food service box. The Helpdesk folks at the site are arrogant and lazy and take too much time to address a simple issue.

Useless App. I don't think my questions will be answered. Below are my questions: 1) Why are you forcing this app? 2) What is the use of this app to end users (either food vendors or employees)? 3) Are you saving any time for them (employees/ vendors) or easing any of their tasks? It is very evident that this App is useless and that is the precise reason that nobody used it in first place!!! Hence you guys ended up in unethical practice of forcing this app. Although I have eat out (which is slightly expensive), I have decided NOT to eat in cafeteria as I hate to use this app (which is forced upon me)

Every time you take ordered food , it ask for feed back. It consumes our time. Response time is really poor. This App take away the engineer time to the company waiting order food and get. Nothing but olden days Que. Several steps in order the food to payment. Every click people have to wait. Poor App
